Customer’s Preparation Requirements

  1. Steam Heating System:
    Recommended 4000 kg/hr boiler, working pressure 1.25 MPa, with steam pipeline connection.
  2. Air Supply & Pneumatic Piping:
    Includes compressed air lines, glue transport, and control air circuits.
  3. Electrical System:
    Customer provides power cables, conduit, and grounding.
  4. Water Supply:
    Includes pipelines, water tank, and pump.
  5. Facilities Construction:
    The workshop, electrical, water, and foundation must be completed before equipment installation.
  6. Raw Materials:
    Include starch, caustic soda, industrial borax, and other adhesive additives.
  7. Lubrication & Oil:
    Customer prepares lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, and grease.
  8. Installation Support:
    Customer to provide lifting equipment, labor, accommodation, and transportation; supplier assists with on-site installation and technical guidance.
