The 1224 Lead Edge Feeding Flexo Printer Slotter Die-Cutter integrates high-precision feeding, multi-color flexographic printing, slotting, and die-cutting in one automated line.
Equipped with PLC and servo frequency control, it ensures smooth, stable operation and accurate registration.
With speeds up to 150 pcs/min and printing accuracy of ± 0.5 mm, this heavy-duty line is ideal for high-speed corrugated carton production, offering energy efficiency, reduced waste, and long service life.

Machine Functions and Technical Specifications

Feeding Section

1. Machine Console:

  1. The electric control console includes an alarm bell system (disconnectable alarm circuit plug) that continuously alerts during operation to ensure operator safety.
  2. Equipped with a pneumatic interlock device.
  3. The main motor adopts a variable-frequency converter for stable, energy-saving operation with automatic smooth start-up and overload protection.

2. Front Feeding System:

  1. Uses 7.5 kW suction-assist air feeding; adjustable according to cardboard curvature for smooth paper feeding.
  2. Equipped with a paper aligning device; utilizes front gauge positioning with pneumatic clamping for strong hold.
  3. Rear stack feeding is automatic; rear box is electrically adjustable.
  4. Brush roller system assists in feeding and cleaning.
  5. Side positioning device ensures alignment during continuous box feeding.
  6. Chain-type elevator feeding section (displays paper quantity, count, and position).

3. Dust Removal Device:

  1. The feeding section uses an anti-static dust removal brush system that effectively cleans debris from the cardboard printing surface, improving print quality.

4. Paper Ejection Section:

  1. Pneumatic kicker system for sheet separation with precise positioning, avoiding wasted paper.
  2. Electrically controlled timing adjustment available.

5. Electronic Control:

  1. Main motor with frequency inverter saves up to 30% power consumption.
  2. Dedicated drive control for smoother performance.
  3. Machine equipped with an automatic return-to-zero system for easy color registration adjustment.

    • Enhances rubber roller repeat performance with durability up to 3–4 times increase.
    • Option for automatic lifting and separation to prolong rubber life.
  4. Die-Free Box Cutting Feature:
    • Performs both slotted and full-cut functions without requiring die replacement.
    • Quick 12 min automatic die-change system enhances productivity.

Gear Transmission Section

  1. Made of 40Cr alloy steel, precision ground, hardened, and carburized.
  2. Hardness HRC 55–60 ensures long life and low noise.
  3. Each transmission component uses keyless coupling with expansion sleeves to eliminate clearance for stable performance.

Oil Supply System

  1. Dual mechanical oil pump.
  2. Circulating lubrication ensures balanced oil level per assembly.
  3. Advanced splash or pressure oil system extends transmission life.
