Machine Configuration and Technical Specifications

Overall Performance
  1. The machine integrates the paper feeding unit, printing unit, and slotting unit. It can complete printing, creasing, slotting, cutting, and stacking for three- or five-layer corrugated paperboard in a single pass.
  2. The transmission system uses a helical gear set for smooth, quiet operation and increased strength. All transmission shafts are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, precision-ground after carburizing and quenching. The entire structure is sealed and force-lubricated, ensuring long service life and high accuracy.
  3. Each unit features an electric separation alarm system to ensure operational safety.
  4. Each unit is pneumatically locked and equipped with a fixed mechanism for stable positioning.
  5. All motors have automatic zero-return systems for alignment and speed stability.
