Overall Performance
- The machine integrates the paper feeding unit, printing unit, and slotting unit. It can complete printing, creasing, slotting, cutting, and stacking for three- or five-layer corrugated paperboard in a single pass.
- The transmission system uses a helical gear set for smooth, quiet operation and increased strength. All transmission shafts are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, precision-ground after carburizing and quenching. The entire structure is sealed and force-lubricated, ensuring long service life and high accuracy.
- Each unit features an electric separation alarm system to ensure operational safety.
- Each unit is pneumatically locked and equipped with a fixed mechanism for stable positioning.
- All motors have automatic zero-return systems for alignment and speed stability.
