Product Introduction

The machine adopts a bottom absorption auto‑feeding system, allowing the surface paper to be stacked up to 1.5 m in height. Automatic lifting and alignment save labor and improve efficiency by eliminating frequent paper‑loading operations.
It is designed for color printing paper to corrugated paper laminating, producing high accuracy and smooth surface bonding, ideal for color box and cardboard production.

Main Electronic Components:
Equipped with a full computer touch‑screen operation system, Panasonic PLC, INVT servo drive motor, and Delta frequency converter control. The host section features automatic pressure monitoring, counting, and laminating output control.

Transmission System:
The chain wheel and synchronous wheel are high‑frequency hardened components, ensuring strong wear resistance and long service life. The synchronous belt adopts Italian technology, and the conveyor belt is made of Italian‑origin thermoplastic material for smooth sheet transfer.

Machine Structure:
The new servo laminator has a total length of 9.8 m, consisting of:

  6. Scientifically designed glue roll line speed: ensures even glue coating and minimizes high‑speed foaming.
  7. Lower roller cleaning system: keeps rollers free of glue buildup; simplifies paper replacement and reduces manual cleaning.
  8. Floating and relocatable pressing wheel: ensures smooth cardboard lamination without crushing or wrinkling.
  9. Independent cleaning‑water system: tank‑controlled water circulation cleans rollers thoroughly, prevents residue buildup.
