Machine Features

The fully automatic gluing and folding machine consists of the air-feeding section, gluing & folding section, and counting & stacking section.
Equipped with PLC control, double servo synchronization operation, it offers fast, convenient, and accurate control.
The machine features automatic gluing, folding, delivery, counting, and stacking with automatic correction and synchronous control.
It uses a 100-meter remote controller for remote startup/stop, adjustment, and speed synchronization.
Max speed: 230 m/min, high production efficiency, and significant labor cost reduction.

Feeding Section

  1. Belt front-edge suction paper feeding, precise and reliable.
  2. Uses electromagnetic clutch and brake system for independent control, simple and stable.
  3. Works synchronously with the folding section; suitable cardboard thickness: 2–8 mm.
  4. Feeding speed: 0–230 m/min, with adjustable vacuum for stable feeding.
  5. Equipped with alignment and left-right paper belt adjustment.

Gluing and Folding Section

  1. Main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, flexible and stable.
  2. High-friction imported belts ensure smooth and non-slip conveying.
  3. Stainless steel glue roller with precise gluing control, no splashing.
  4. Equipped with cardboard alignment devices and pressing rollers for uniform folding.
  5. Folding belt adjustable for fine-tuned accuracy.

Operation Instructions

Paper Feeding Adjustment

  1. Adjust board width, length, and thickness.
  2. Adjust belt tension structure accordingly.
  3. Keep deviation ≤ 0.5 mm for best folding accuracy.

Main Panel Usage

Simple touch control panel allows control of speed, production data, and feed timing.
Screen can set left/right alignment, feeding speed, and stacking quantity.

Gluing System Adjustments

  1. Adjust upper roller height.
  2. Control glue volume and circulation.
  3. Ensure even coating and alignment with board edge.

Maintenance and Care
