The fully automatic folding and stitching machine integrates paper feeding, folding, stitching, and output into one highly automated system. Controlled by a PLC and touch‑panel digital interface, it features dual‑servo drive synchronization, with accurate, efficient, and energy‑saving operation.
Automation covers every stage—from feeding, folding, gluing, and stitching to carton output. Average box length can reach 140 m/min, and folding speed can reach 50–60 boxes/min, improving productivity while reducing labor cost.


Feeding Section

  1. Front feeding rack adjusts left and right synchronously for improved alignment accuracy.
  2. Dual‑belt paper feeding system ensures stable sheet delivery; the feeding pressure is digitally regulated.
  3. Imported guide shafts and bearings guarantee stable, durable performance.
  4. Connected with the folding section through variable frequency control with design speed 0–150 m/min, feeding speed 0–140 m/min.
  5. Front and side regulation plates are electrically adjustable for precise sheet alignment.

Folding and Gluing Section

  1. The main motor features variable frequency control for stable and quiet operation.
  2. Imported friction‑drive belts ensure smooth and automatic folding.
  3. Stainless‑steel gluing system applies glue evenly with electrically adjustable right/left positions.
