Automatic Double-Head Stitching Machine

The fully automatic double-head stitching machine is a newly developed intelligent model, redesigned and upgraded based on advanced Taiwan technology. It integrates multiple cutting-edge systems for high automation, precision, speed, stability, and safety. Controlled by PLC and driven by servo systems, both head motion and paper feeding are synchronized automatically, ensuring rapid, smooth, and accurate carton stitching.

All models use PLC control and pneumatic systems from Germany, guaranteeing high performance and durability. Key bearings and components are imported, ensuring operational stability and consistent stitching accuracy. This model is ideal for use with fully automatic gluing and box-forming machines.

Main Machine Transmission System

The main drive is divided into two parts:

  1. Stainless steel transmission chains minimize friction on cartons. Transmission shafts on both sides consist of 36 drives connected by imported high-strength belts.
  2. Automatic paper pushing system uses dual photoelectric control. When a carton reaches the designated detection point, the pushing rod automatically feeds it into position, then resets for the next cycle.

The conveyor has optional single or dual-function running modes with automatic standby feature for energy saving.


Stitching System

The stitching section uses left and right synchronization to ensure smooth carton movement through detection sensors. When cartons reach the set position, the press plate drops, performing the stitching process. After completion, it lifts automatically and synchronizes for the next operation, greatly improving stitching speed and accuracy.


Stitching Head System

  1. The patented dual-head design adopts Taiwan technology, ensuring high precision and stability.
  2. Automatic oil lubrication system injects lubricant directly to key components, prolonging machine life and reducing wear.
  3. Uses PE-coated wire, outperforming standard PP wire by lowering material cost and improving rust resistance.

Alignment Control

  1. Equipped with bottom-feeding alignment device for accurate and safe paper positioning.
  2. Controlled via PLC and touch screen for fast setup—height, lateral movement, and speed adjustable.
  3. Taiwan Taida encoder ensures high-speed counting accuracy.
  4. Compact oil system with efficient filter greatly extends service life.
  5. Pressing section designed for fine, precise, and consistent carton positioning.
