This 900×2100 mm high-speed four-color printing and slotting machine integrates feeding, printing, slotting, and die-cutting in one efficient production line.
Equipped with servo-driven precision control, PLC intelligent operation, and full variable-frequency transmission, it ensures high-speed accuracy and stable performance.

Paper Feeding Section

1. Machine Base:

  1. The electric control unit includes a buzzer alarm that rings continuously during unit separation to ensure operator safety.
  2. Equipped with a pneumatic locking device.
  3. The main motor uses a variable frequency AC motor with frequency converter control — energy-efficient, smooth starting, and includes overload protection.

2. Front Edge Feeding System (with small suction device):

  1. Suction air blower, 7.5 kW, adjustable according to the size and bending degree of the paperboard to ensure smooth feeding.
  2. Equipped with a clutch control system; ensures smooth and efficient paper delivery.
  3. With separate front and rear feeding roll adjustment for high positioning accuracy.
  4. The feeding guide wheel uses linkage connection to guarantee sheet balance.
  5. Paper feeding transmission is chain driven.
  6. Automatic counting and display system provide real-time production statistics.

3. Automatic Zero-Position Device:

  1. Automatically resets after unit separation or startup.
  2. Digital adjustment available for precise print alignment, minimizing waste sheets during trial printing.

4. Dust Removal Device:

  1. The feeding section includes a brush and vacuum dust removal system to eliminate particles on the printing surface and improve print quality.
  2. Memory storage supports up to 999 job records, improving alignment efficiency.

5. Feed Rollers:

  1. Upper roller diameter: 140 mm.
  2. 45# seamless steel pipe covered with wear-resistant rubber, statically balanced.
  3. Lower roller diameter: 159 mm, hardened and ground, statically balanced.
  4. Feed roller pressure gap is manually adjustable within 0–12 mm.
  5. Front and rear feed rollers keep the board flat during transfer, preventing damage.

Printing Section

1. Printing Roller:

  2. Steel pipe surface ground and hard-chromed.
  3. Static balance correction ensures stable rotation.
  4. Plate cylinder fixed or quick-clamp type.

3. Printing Impression Roller:

4. Transfer Rollers:

5. Anilox Roller:

6. Rubber Roller:

  3. High-quality grinding finish improves ink transfer.
  4. Shore hardness: 60–65°.
  5. Ensures high-fidelity ink distribution and even laydown.

7. Ink Supply System:

  1. Pneumatic diaphragm pump with circulating system for uniform ink supply.

8. Printing Register Positioning:

  1. Pneumatic clutch for precise unit synchronization.

Slotting Section

1. Structure:

  1. Creasing and slotting shafts use the newest compression design to maintain flexibility and prevent paperboard damage.
  2. Equipped with 4 knife holders; synchronous L/R motorized movement ensures accurate coordination of upper and lower knives.
  3. Electric digital display with automatic memory storage.
  4. Micrometer adjustments allow precise alignment of creasing and slotting knives.
  5. High-quality special alloy blades with a thickness of 7 mm.
  6. Automatic lubrication ensures smooth pressure and motion.

2. Slotting and Creasing Knives:

  1. Installed with PLC and servo encoder detection for accurate registration.
  2. Fine-tuning can be done via control panel.
  3. Emergency protection includes safety locking devices.

Die-Cutting Section

  1. Equipped with 360° reverse rotation system for precise calibration.
  2. Alignment system ensures consistent repeat accuracy.
  3. Full scraping system avoids ink accumulation.
  4. Optional automatic removal mechanism for waste paper.
  5. Die-cut roller diameter: 170 mm; precision-ground steel surface.
  6. Die-cut cylinder and anvil roller move synchronously through servo control.

Transmission System

  1. All gears made from 40Cr high-grade alloy steel, quenched and precision-ground for enhanced durability.
  2. Helical gears ensure smooth, quiet, and accurate transmission with minimal error (HRC55–60 hardness).
  3. All gear joints adopt keyless couplings and long-life lubrication systems for stability and reliability.
