Functional Configuration and Technical Parameters

1. Paper Feeding Section
1.1 Vacuum Paper Feeding System
The front feeding unit adopts a vacuum absorption feeding design without guiding rollers, reducing resistance and ensuring smooth paper delivery. The cardboard is conveyed through the suction belt directly to the printing unit. The paper feeding system utilizes frequency conversion speed regulation and digital input display to easily control feeding speed.
Since the vacuum absorption system eliminates the need for roller compression, it avoids cardboard deformation and slippage problems. The entire feeding process is smooth, stable, and suitable for high-speed continuous production.
The transmission surface is coated with wear-resistant material, and the guide rollers are equipped with a pneumatic lift system to avoid paper damage. The front edge feeding wheels are designed with high traction rubber to ensure precise feeding. With extra-large vacuum suction holes, strong absorption is achieved even on uneven or curved boards, guaranteeing stable and efficient operation.
1.2 Machine Combination
- Automatic alarm-linkage system between machine sections (plug-type safety connector, optional disconnection), enables continuous operation alert to ensure staff safety.
- Pneumatic locking system for reliable section coupling.
- Main motor and blower motor use frequency conversion control, enabling smooth start, energy saving, and built-in overload protection.
1.3 Front Edge Feeding System
- Vacuum auxiliary feeding with 7.5 kW blower, adjustable suction according to cardboard curvature for stable feeding.
- Paper picking and dropping function adopts pneumatic push rod design for quick action.
- Side guide plates are electrically adjustable; front guides are manual; rear guides are electric.
- Taiwan-imported feeding belts, resistant to wear and long lasting.
- Optional isolation feeding unit (switchable based on production need).
- 7-inch color touch screen control for production display, count alarm, and feeding timing adjustment.
1.4 Dust Removal Device
Equipped with a paper fiber removal brush system that effectively cleans dust and debris from the cardboard surface before printing, improving print quality and precision.
1.5 Kicker Device
Pneumatic kicker for automatic cardboard alignment, ensuring accurate positioning and reducing material waste. (Computer-controlled ejection timing.)
1.6 Electrical Control System
- Main and blower motors adopt frequency conversion control, saving up to 30% energy.
- Main unit uses touch screen operation.
- Printing unit includes an automatic reset system, which automatically calibrates the printing plate to zero position before each printing cycle.
2. Printing Section (Optional 1–4 Color Printing)

2.1 Printing Rollers
- Outer diameter 395 mm (with plate total diameter 410 mm).
- Ground and chrome-plated surface for durability.
- Dynamic balancing correction ensures smooth running.
- Fixed plate cylinder structure with reliable rotation.
- Full gear engagement design using 9 mm notched holders.
- Equipped with electric reverse rotation system, controlled by foot switch for plate cleaning.
2.2 Upper and Lower Feeding Rollers
- Upper roller: 86 mm, thick-walled precision tube, quick release design.
- Lower roller: 140 mm, thick-walled, chrome-plated and ground surface.
- Independent feed pressure adjustment (range 0–12 mm).
2.3 Anilox Roller
- Diameter: 180 mm (optional 180, 200, 220, 240, 260 mm).
- High-quality steel roller, precision engraved and chrome-plated.
- Balanced rotation ensures even ink transfer.
- Quick disassembly device for easy cleaning.
2.4 Rubber Roller
- Diameter 180 mm with special rubber coating, precision balanced.

2.5 Register Control System

- The slotting axis linkage system drives both upper and lower roller groups synchronously for accurate operation.

- Made with high-quality steel to ensure long-lasting wear resistance.

3.2 Slotting Knives
