Functional Configuration and Technical Specifications

Feeding Section
1. Control Console:
- The electronic control panel includes an alarm system for continuous audible alerts during operation, ensuring operator safety.
- Equipped with a pneumatic interlock system.
- The main motor uses a frequency converter for smooth and energy-efficient operation, with automatic soft start and overload protection.
2. Front Paper Feeding System:
- Air-assist suction feed with 7.5 kW blower, adjustable according to cardboard curvature for consistent feeding.
- Paper alignment with front gauge positioning system, featuring pneumatic cylinders for strong pushing power and fast response.
- Rear-feeding box system is automated, allowing for height adjustments via electric control.
- Brush roller cleaning system for dust removal during feeding.
- Side-guiding alignment ensures stable cardboard positioning, compatible with continuous box feeding.
- Chain-type lift feed section (displays paper quantity, sheet count, and relative position).
- Intelligent counting system for precise batch control (max 999 sheets per group).
3. Dust Removal Device:
The brush-type static elimination and cleaning system effectively removes dust from the printed surface of corrugated cardboard, improving overall print quality.
4. Paper Transfer Roller:
- Upper roller φ 159 mm, made of 45# steel with wear-resistant rubber coating and dynamic balance correction.
- Lower roller φ 140 mm, polished and chrome-plated steel cylinder with balance correction.
- Paper transfer gap manually adjustable (0–12 mm).
- Spring-loaded pressing roller automatically lifts to avoid damaging warped cardboard during feeding.
Printing Section (Optional 1 ~ 4 Color Printing)

1. Printing Roller:
- Outer diameter 394 mm (with plate 405 mm).
- Steel cylinder, surface polished and hard-chromed.
- Dynamically balanced for smooth rotation.
- Quick-lock plate system suitable for 9 mm plate bars.
- Pneumatic plate lift with automatic plate return function controlled by switch or foot pedal.
2. Printing Pressure Roller:
- Diameter 156 mm.
- Hard-chromed steel surface.
- Dynamically balanced design for stable performance.
- Pressure gap between rollers manually adjustable within 0–12 mm.
3. Paper Feed Rollers:
- Upper roller φ 102 mm, thick-walled cylinder with dual paper rollers.
- Lower roller φ 156 mm, thick-walled polished chrome surface.
- Feed gap adjustable manually (0–12 mm).
4. Anilox Roller (Steel Mesh Type):

- Outer diameter 213 mm (available options: 180, 200, 220, 240, 260 mm).
- Engraved steel surface polished, textured, and hard-chromed.
- Balanced for even ink transfer — consistent mesh point and ink layer thickness.
- Ceramic coated cell engraving for even ink coverage and clean washing.
- Laser-engraved cell depth adjustable via manual dial.
5. Rubber Roller:
- Diameter 200 mm.
- Rubber-coated steel with wear-resistant surface and balanced for steady operation.
- Special ink-resistant rubber ensures excellent ink carrying.
- Hardness 60–65 shore.
- Phase adjustment system with 360° rotation (adjustable during or after operation).
- Manual adjustment of ink roller phase accuracy within ± 10 mm.
6. Ink Circulation System:
- Pneumatic diaphragm pump for stable supply with easy maintenance.
- Filter screen prevents blockage and prolongs ink system life.
7. Printing Register Lock System:
- Pneumatic locking mechanism for precise position holding.
- When the unit is separated, the drive is automatically fixed to maintain gear alignment during adjustment.
8. Oil Supply System:
- Mechanical oil pump (with oil circulation).
- Circulating delivery keeps bearing oil levels balanced and even across assemblies.
Die-Cutting Section

1. Lower Die Cylinder:
- Diameter φ 360 mm (excluding die board).
- Alloy steel construction, polished and hard-chromed.
- Balanced for stability.
- Fixing holes 100 mm × 100 mm.
- Suitable die thickness 25.4 mm.
- Die board thickness: 16 mm (3-ply), 13–15 mm (5-ply).
2. Upper Rubber Cylinder:

- Hand-adjusted clearance between die and rubber cylinder.

3. Die Trimming and Repair Device:
- Equipped with 40 mm mechanical travel, automatically compensating wear on the rubber cushion to improve cutting accuracy and extend service life.
- Electric grinding system enhances rubber cushion reuse up to 3–4 times.
- Pneumatic or electric separation device reduces cushion wear and increases lifespan.
Transmission System
- Made from 40Cr alloy steel; ground, tempered, and carburized.
- Hardness HRC 55–60 ensures durability with minimal noise.
- Keyless coupling with expansion sleeve eliminates clearance for stable high-speed performance.
Lubrication System
- Mechanical dual oil pump with smoothing filter device (continuous lubrication).
- Circulating system balances oil level in all bearings.
