Functional Configuration and Technical Specifications

Feeding Section

1. Control Console:

  1. The electronic control panel includes an alarm system for continuous audible alerts during operation, ensuring operator safety.
  2. Equipped with a pneumatic interlock system.
  3. The main motor uses a frequency converter for smooth and energy-efficient operation, with automatic soft start and overload protection.

2. Front Paper Feeding System:

  1. Air-assist suction feed with 7.5 kW blower, adjustable according to cardboard curvature for consistent feeding.
  2. Paper alignment with front gauge positioning system, featuring pneumatic cylinders for strong pushing power and fast response.
  3. Rear-feeding box system is automated, allowing for height adjustments via electric control.
  4. Brush roller cleaning system for dust removal during feeding.

3. Dust Removal Device:
The brush-type static elimination and cleaning system effectively removes dust from the printed surface of corrugated cardboard, improving overall print quality.

4. Paper Transfer Roller:

  • Upper roller φ 159 mm, made of 45# steel with wear-resistant rubber coating and dynamic balance correction.
  • Lower roller φ 140 mm, polished and chrome-plated steel cylinder with balance correction.
  • Paper transfer gap manually adjustable (0–12 mm).
  • Spring-loaded pressing roller automatically lifts to avoid damaging warped cardboard during feeding.

Printing Section (Optional 1 ~ 4 Color Printing)

1. Printing Roller:

  1. Outer diameter 394 mm (with plate 405 mm).
  2. Steel cylinder, surface polished and hard-chromed.
  3. Dynamically balanced for smooth rotation.
  4. Quick-lock plate system suitable for 9 mm plate bars.
  5. Pneumatic plate lift with automatic plate return function controlled by switch or foot pedal.

2. Printing Pressure Roller:

3. Paper Feed Rollers:

4. Anilox Roller (Steel Mesh Type):

5. Rubber Roller:

  2. Rubber-coated steel with wear-resistant surface and balanced for steady operation.
  3. Special ink-resistant rubber ensures excellent ink carrying.
  4. Hardness 60–65 shore.
  5. Phase adjustment system with 360° rotation (adjustable during or after operation).
  6. Manual adjustment of ink roller phase accuracy within ± 10 mm.

6. Ink Circulation System:

  1. Pneumatic diaphragm pump for stable supply with easy maintenance.
  2. Filter screen prevents blockage and prolongs ink system life.

7. Printing Register Lock System:

  1. Pneumatic locking mechanism for precise position holding.
  2. When the unit is separated, the drive is automatically fixed to maintain gear alignment during adjustment.

8. Oil Supply System:

Die-Cutting Section

1. Lower Die Cylinder:

3. Die Trimming and Repair Device:

  1. Equipped with 40 mm mechanical travel, automatically compensating wear on the rubber cushion to improve cutting accuracy and extend service life.
  2. Electric grinding system enhances rubber cushion reuse up to 3–4 times.
  3. Pneumatic or electric separation device reduces cushion wear and increases lifespan.

Transmission System

  1. Made from 40Cr alloy steel; ground, tempered, and carburized.
  2. Hardness HRC 55–60 ensures durability with minimal noise.
  3. Keyless coupling with expansion sleeve eliminates clearance for stable high-speed performance.

Lubrication System

  1. Mechanical dual oil pump with smoothing filter device (continuous lubrication).
