1200 Dual Servo Carton Stitcher
This high-performance servo-driven cutting and feeding system combines precise mechanical structure and smart electrical control for stable, high-speed operation.
The gear-driven cutter head ensures durability and long service life, while the servo-controlled feed system allows accurate positioning with minimal operator training.
Equipped with advanced electrical components (Taiwan Mingwei power supply, Hangzhou Yalong servo motor), it ensures efficiency, precision, and reliability in continuous corrugated cardboard processing.

Mechanical Section
- The machine head adopts gear-driven rotation. The compact structure allows easy maintenance. The cutter head uses a special alloy material for durability and sharpness. The rotating shaft is connected with bearings to reduce wear and improve service life.
- The feeding unit is equipped with a servo motor for distance control, ensuring precision and requiring no advanced technical skills from operators.
- The operation height is 1.2 m; the feeding table height is 1.06 m.
- Production speed: 150 to 450 cuts per minute.
- Motor power: 3.0 kW.
- Power supply: two-phase 220 V.
- Mounting method: dual-knife configuration, 45° angle.
